The Estate has always been considered to be a pioneer and trailblazer for change in German viticulture. Bettina Bürklin-von Guradze, the oldest daughter of Dr. Albert Bürklin, inherited the Estate from her parents in 1990, and since then has taken the lead at the Estate with her own vision.
