Grapes: Johanniter • Riesling • Solaris • St. Pepin. Taláska confirms the 2024 Qvevri wine was fermented and macerated in traditional clay qvevri, with seven months of skin contact. 

Tasting note:
A fascinating Polish amber/orange wine with real character. Layers of ripe apple, dried fruit and citrus peel meet delicate floral notes, herbs, honey and a subtle tea-like spice. Extended skin contact brings wonderful texture and gentle tannic grip, finishing mineral, savoury and lightly spicy. Complex, distinctive and a brilliant bottle for anyone wanting to explore something completely different.
